Nathan K. Gilbert is an associate in the firm of Hammond and Shinners, P.C. His practice focuses on traditional labor, employment, and employee benefits law, representing labor unions and individuals in the St. Louis metropolitan area, as well as union welfare and pension funds.
Mr. Gilbert received his B.S., summa cum laude, in Healthcare Management with a minor in Spanish from the University of Alabama in 2012 and a J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2015. While in law school, Mr. Gilbert served as the President of the Labor and Employment Law Society and Managing Editor of the Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review, in addition to being inducted into the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society.
Mr. Gilbert is admitted to practice in the state of Missouri and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
