| Education | | Mr. Gierse received his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2011 with a Certificate in Dispute Resolution. During law school he served as the Lead Articles Editor of the Journal of Dispute Resolution where had articles published dealing with arbitration confidentiality agreements and waivers of an employee's right to sue for statutory claims. He received a CALI Award for the highest grade in Employment Law and the David Schumaker Labor & Employment Scholarship. Mr. Gierse received a B.A. from the University of Missouri in 2008, graduating magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa. |
