| | | Mr. Hammond is President and Managing Principal in the law firm of Hammond and Shinners, P.C. He has represented labor unions and multi-employer benefit plans in Missouri and Illinois for the last thirty years. He represents the Greater St. Louis Labor Council and Teamsters Joint Council 13. Mr. Hammond has made presentations to numerous groups including the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, the Midwest Labor Health Coalition and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers of America continuously since 1993 and is listed in the Missouri-Kansas Super Lawyers. |
| EDUCATION | | Mr. Hammond received a B.A. with honors from the University of Missouri – St. Louis in 1970 and a J.D. with honors in 1975 from the St. Louis University School of Law. |
| BAR ADMISSIONS | | Mr. Hammond was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1975. He practices in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri, the 7th and 8th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Missouri. |
| PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS | | Mr. Hammond is a member of the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee, the St. Louis County Bar Association, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, the American Bar Association, the Lawyers Association of St. Louis, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Gateway Chapter Labor and Employment Relations Association, and serves as a board member for the Productive Living Board of St. Louis County.
