| | | Brian Love is an associate in the firm of Hammond and Shinners, P.C. His practice focuses on traditional labor and employment law, representing labor unions in the St. Louis metropolitan area, as well as union pension and welfare funds. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Love worked as a journalist for several years, managing several independent industry publications in the Washington, D.C. area. His article, Beyond Police Conduct: Analyzing Consent to Warrantless Searches by the Mentally Ill and Disabled, was published in the St. Louis University Law Journal in 2004. |
| EDUCATION | | Mr. Love received a B.A. in 1995 from St. Louis University graduating summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa; and he received a M.A. in 1997 from the University of Maryland. In 2005, he received his J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. |
